Memory Care Resource Room

The Willow Valley Communities Charitable Foundation needed a creative solution to inform and involve residents in the planning and funding of a one-of-a-kind future on-campus memory care center. We transformed the “war room” space they were working from by outfitting the first section with branded magnetic wall installations that spanned three walls. Using this magnetic material, information and timeline updates could be added and moved around during the years-long planning process. The second section was made to be interactive. For this space we designed a stationary piece to be attached to the wall to present and organize residents’ written thoughts and ideas. Also displayed in the second area are newsletters and other informational material designed for this client to help spread awareness of the future memory care center.
